The Orensanz Center was established in 1992 by a group of artists who were inspired by the work of sculptor Angel Orensanz.
In a short period of time it has affirmed itself as a strong anchor of the visual and performing arts in New York and it remains one of Manhattan's most uniquely atmospheric and sought-after venues. The Orensanz Center is located in the lower east side of Manhattan.
